30-50 VMs depending on VM size. 1.5TB memory = 30GB/VM = 50 machines, or 50GB/VM = 30 machines. More compact than DL380 but similar capability.

Not to 3TB - DL360 maxes at 1.5TB. For 2TB+, DL380 2U is required. DL360 great for first server, DL380 for enterprise scale.
